NYC Dance Parade May 2026

On Saturday, May 16, Haus Students proudly represented The Haus of Performing Arts at the NYC Dance Parade 2026, bringing energy, focus, and heart to one of New York City’s most vibrant celebrations of movement and culture.

It was a day filled with high emotions, excitement, heat, and even higher dedication from our Haus Kids. Through the long day, our students showed commitment, resilience, teamwork, and joy. They danced, marched, listened, adjusted, and pushed through the experience with the spirit of true young performers.

We want to give special thanks to our children for handling the heat, the crowd, and the demands of the day with so much strength. We also extend our deepest gratitude to our parents and families for their cooperation, patience, encouragement, and continued support throughout the entire event. Performances like this are only possible when our children are surrounded by a strong village.

This experience also inspired meaningful conversations around creating a Haus Moms Committee, giving our parents another way to support, organize, and strengthen future performance opportunities. We look forward to meeting with families as we prepare for our next event and continue building a performance culture rooted in community, creativity, and care.
