"Fab Spots" are labeled so everyone can safely dance and workout sit-feet apart.

If your preferred spot is taken, please join our waitlist.
If 9 others on are the waitlist, we will create a new class.

Can I do one class and not the other?
Yes, however there will be no price difference. The price of it will only vary slightly as the combined class gives you the discount.
How are we covid compliant?
We have eliminated equipment from the classes because research shows that we can not effector sanitize everything before the next class. To keep everyone safe, we chose to be creative to manage your fitness.
Are there any classes with weights or equipment?
We offer personal training for those looking for an option with weights and resistance training.
Do I need to wear a mask?
We must all wear a mask to continue to be covid compliant and abide by the CDC requirements.
Can I switch my time:
You may switch you class under two conditions:
There is space in another time slot.
You need a week notice.
The week notice is because we are doing are best to create groups where there is not as much mingling. If one person is sick in Group A, moves to Group B - now we have 2 group potentially at risk. You must give a week's time for testing and results before switching groups.
